Delivery across the European Union

We deliver to all 27 EU member states, including Poland. Delivery costs 20 PLN per order. The estimated delivery time is 5–8 days from placing your order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery is provided through GLS. Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. The available delivery option and final total are displayed before you pay.

Prices, taxes and import charges

Prices and payment are in Polish zloty (PLN). The checkout total includes applicable taxes and import charges for delivery within the EU. These charges are covered by MAVER; you should not have to pay additional import charges when the parcel arrives. If a carrier asks for an extra payment, contact us before paying so that we can resolve it.

Tracking and delivery support

We coordinate each order with our warehouse and provide tracking information after dispatch. If your parcel is delayed, tracking is missing or delivery is unsuccessful, email maver.clo.pl@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. The risk of loss or damage remains with us until you or a person you designate receives the goods, except where mandatory law provides otherwise for a carrier independently commissioned by you.
